1. What makes Good Guilt different from regular chips?

Good Guilt snacks are popped using heat and pressure, not fried. They contain 60 percent less fats compared to traditional potato chips, which makes every bite lighter and guilt free.

2. Are your chips really healthier?

Yes. We strictly use rice bran oil and never palm oil. Our chips contain no trans fat and no cholesterol and are made using a cleaner popping process.

3. What flavours do you offer?

We currently have six flavours.
Corn flavours: Masala OG, Cheese and Jalapeno, Cream and Onion.
Millet flavours: Trippy Tomato, Sassy Sweet Chilli, Fiery Peri Peri.

4. Are your products vegetarian?

Yes. All Good Guilt products are 100 percent vegetarian.

5. Do you use palm oil?

No. We use rice bran oil only and do not use palm oil in any of our products.

6. How are the chips made?

Our chips are popped using heat and pressure. This keeps them crunchy while using significantly less fats compared to fried potato chips.

7. Are the chips high in protein?

Yes. Our chips are packed with the goodness of soya which increases their protein content. Each pack contains nearly 4.6 grams of protein.

8. Where do you deliver?

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

9. How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us an email at support@goodguilt.in with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will help you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.

11. Can I return or exchange snacks?

We can accept returns only for unopened packs that arrived damaged or incorrect. Once a food product is opened, it cannot be returned unless there is a genuine quality issue. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

12. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not at the moment. Payments can be made through secure online payment gateways only.

13. Where are your snacks manufactured?

All Good Guilt products are made in India in FSSAI approved facilities that follow strict hygiene, safety and quality standards.

14. Are your chips gluten free?

Our millet based flavours are naturally gluten free. Some corn based flavours may contain traces of gluten due to shared equipment. If you have strict allergies, you can email us before ordering.
