Good Guilt – Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed (for prepaid) or order accepted (for COD).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be moved to the next business day.

1.2 Shipping & Delivery Timelines:

  • Domestic (India):

    • Metro / Tier-1 cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

    • Tier-2/3 cities & remote areas: 5-8 business days after dispatch.

  • We use trusted courier partners and include tracking details once the order is dispatched.

  • Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to courier limitations, weather, strikes, or public holidays.

1.3 Shipping Charges & Free Shipping:

  • A standard shipping charge applies for orders below a minimum value (e.g., Rs [Insert Minimum]).

  • Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders above Rs [Insert Free-Shipping Threshold] (if you choose to offer this).

  • For COD orders, an additional COD fee may be applied.

1.4 Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts:

  • Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, phone number, and recipient name are correct at checkout.

  • In case of incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse as “RTO” (Return to Origin). If RTO occurs due to customer unavailability, shipping/further delivery attempts may be chargeable and non-refundable.

  • Once an order is dispatched, edits or cancellations are generally not possible.

2. Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before dispatch.

  • COD orders must be cancelled before dispatch; once the parcel is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

  • If a cancellation is approved, the refund (prepaid) will be processed within 7-10 business days, subject to bank/UPI processing time.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled—see section 3 for returns.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Since Good Guilt is a ready-to-eat sealed snack product, for food safety and hygiene reasons, our returns policy is focused on product quality issues rather than change of mind.

3.1 Eligible Returns / Exchanges:
You may request a return or replacement if any of the following apply:

  • The product arrived damaged, leaking, or tampered with.

  • You received the wrong flavour/variant or wrong packet size.

  • The product is unfit for consumption (e.g., stale, rancid) upon unsealing — provided you notify us immediately after opening.

To request a return/exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following: Order ID, flavour name, batch code/manufacturing date on the packet, photos of outer packaging + inner contents.

  • Retain the packet and seal until our inspection if required.

3.2 Non-Returnable Cases (Change of Mind):

  • Opened or partially consumed packets cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Returns purely due to “change of mind”, “taste preference”, or “found cheaper elsewhere” are not eligible.

  • Products with broken seals or suspected tampering will not be eligible.

4. Refunds

  • If a return is approved, you may receive either a replacement packet (subject to stock availability) or a refund of the value of the product.

  • Shipping/handling charges for the original order are non-refundable, unless we bear the fault (wrong item, damage). Any return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used (UPI, bank, card) within 3-5 business days of approval. Bank/UPI gateway may take additional days.

  • Once a refund is initiated, your refund becomes final, and the product (if a refund is given) becomes property of Good Guilt.

5. Replacement Process

  • For valid damage/quality/wrong-item claims, we’ll dispatch a replacement at no extra cost (if available).

  • If a replacement cannot be provided (stock unavailable), a refund will be initiated instead.

7. Changes to Policy & Additional Notes

  • Good Guilt reserves the right to amend this policy at any time; the latest version will be reflected on our website.

  • This policy is in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern your purchase and use of our website.

  • We do not accept any return or exchange if our product is used in violation of recommended storage or expiry guidelines.
